12 year old shoots drive in employee

an article said the 20 year old was pissing in the parking lot. got into a scuffle with the employee. kid went and got the ar out of the car. fired off 6 shots or so and they took off. the 20 year old returned without the kid. they also seized some weapons

i'm wondering if the one guy is a gang member/criminal or just a texan driving around with an ar. any other place and i'd lean towards a gang member/criminal with a family member or gang prospect but its texas. could just be a guy getting beat up and his cousin shooting the employee
