I've no idea what that means but there are multiple videos posted in the past few days of Ukrainian units throwing down their arms in protest due to their fucked up orders & no support. They literally say they've been thrown in to die for no reason. Health & Safety? WTF Are you even talking about. So glad I don't read whatever propaganda you've been swallowing. Sounds like such garbage.

lol you cant understand what i mean by health a safety because you are on the defensive..... or it was just a bad joke, in that case, my bad.
Just incase you still don't get it, i made up a joke (not from some shit head mil blogger) that the Ukraine is going so slow because they are scared of losses. To elaborate - waiting for OHS to sign off on shit, is one of the slowest and frustrating of procedures in the workplace. So like, it's a joke on how it's literally a paradox. How do you make war safe?

I just realized, maybe your country doesn't have operational health and safety in the workplace... that sucks, my bad.

it was a decent joke when you first made it... this time though I thought you might not actually be joking. I'm sick with a cold and it was pretty early morning where I am so not firing on all cylindars & it takes a while for my funny bone to wake up at the best of times. Watch out! >: )
