Only a little bit. Only to the extent that if we forget our history we are doomed to repeat it. I'll give you a counterexample. As long as Turkey denies the genocide perpetrated on Armenians, Turks will never truly heal (grow, move on) as a people.

lol, yes he always does this silly, babbling for babbling's sake (trying to provoke people with what he probably perceives as "personal insults") although he really has nothing of substance to contribute, especially when he is butthurt, he is very similar to skeptoid in this sense.
When we were more it wasn't that obvious now it sticks out a bit. Just ignore him unless you want to have a bit of fun, it gets boring after a while though.
