Well, let's hope it survives long term testing. Moving metal parts and sealing them in this environment is tricky in the long run, also sea creatures and vegetation like to attach themselves to buoys and boats and the coating to prevent this doesn't work 100% and usually wears off quite quickly. But I am not up to date on the latest tech on that.
