Just the other day was trying out the new ChatGPT Consensus app. You can ask for science paper on any subject and it gives you a short summary on each paper.
Tried asking about fluoride and effects it has on the brain and cognition. Plenty of paper saying how it's not good for you, even 1 par per million can have an effect.

How does fluoride reduce a persons IQ if IQ is just a measure of how much information you gather? That wouldn't make sense.
IQ is separate from knowledge gathering. It's inherent and biological. Many studies have been done on this, they can even assign IQ's to other animals. While there are things a person can do to improve or harm their IQ, that change will be relatively small compared to their biological IQ.

There is no biological IQ i don't know where you get that from, i agree some of IQ is instinct, which is inheritable, but the Intelligence of a person is not pre determined.
