Speaking about beating the charges, you as a sovereign citizen are gonna beat off the entire prison just to keep your lunch. Asking some cholos why they are smoking in your cell, you will do just fine in prison :)
Long story short he divorced his wife, has a girlfriend, and something happened between the GF and him i guess, because ppl call her crazy.
Also he groped a woman on a livestream which he now removed from youtube, so yeah he is going to be convicted as a sex offender. :) and destruction of evidence.
