A bike is my only mode of transportation right now, & I'm a VERY cautious rider. The town I live in has ZERO bike lanes (not even on the college campus?!?) & I stay on the sidewalks (in the rare instant there IS a sidewalk) even though technically that's illegal. cars whiz by me inches away at 45mph, & with everyone texting, it's pretty terrifying.
