People with TBI are often heavily medicated. But those symptoms you see can be purely TBI - fatigue especially brings personality changes. Apparently Rosy has been diagnosed as having disassociative identity disorder. Add Ambien to that and yes, as Napalm says above, you probably shouldn't have any social media accounts. At all.
