User roles need to be set up Admins:

Site Admin <- full access to content and site configurations

Site Moderator <- access to moderation functions, can ban people, etc.

10000+ points: National <- long time users with lots of points, can mark posts as spam, use iframes in content, use images, plus everything Spiker can do

Spiker <- verified users, submit videos, comments, rate content

Member <- New users. Cannot do anything until they visit 10 content pages. They then get upgraded to Spiker
