they'll take anybody. i'm not sure which one came first but news came out about a zambian student who was locked up in russia but died in ukraine. might be some more news coming down the pipes about a bunch of foreigners forced into fighting and he wants to get ahead of it. also, russians with dual citizenships living in foreigner countries can be drafted. edward snowden might be looking to move
