yea. this season has most of the original cast. its got changelings. its got kirks body. its got some stuff about the battle of wolf 359, its got genetically engineered attack tribbles. its got christopher plummers daughter playing one of the villans. its got ro lauren for a bit. picard is just fan services. giving characters from previous shows a proper send off

i liked them all but i'm enjoying the third season more, first 2 were more stand alones, 3rd season is more of a continuation from tng. first season was about data, second season about q, third season mostly about jean-luc
