An as shoddy and dangerous as it is handy chinese test rig, which does not comply with any regulation or standard and is only adviseable to buy if you FULLY understand what you are doing and are prepared to disassemble and check it BEFORE first use. Most definitely a "hide from your kids" item!If it is under 10€ I'll probably buy one.
