You don't even have to watch the movie with this guy. Half way through and he's just explaining the whole thing, but I lost the part where there was a hidden secret.

Joker apparently reapplies his makeup multiple times throughout the movie, even when he's in custody, see the make-up on his fingers? That means he re-applied it. It doesn't mean he touched his face at some point.
Don't ask where he hides it to avoid it getting confiscated during a police search/pat down in lockup though...Kinda like where Superman hides his 'hair gel'. Hair gel..yeah, right .
Still listened to the whole thing though. This guy spots all the Easter eggs. Nolan really is a master filmmaker.
