A drunk guy in the bar is bragging to the bartender with his medical degree, and that he is a surgeon

the guy next to him tells him to stop bragging and taunts that he is just a janitor or a handyman to him

he doctor, on edge, asks him, then what do you do for a living?

I am a mafioso, i shoot, stab, choke, poison and beat people up,

The doctor asks how is that better?
