Years ago I got to see a transformer blow(Maybe). It was at night during the winter, it was lighting up the night sky pretty awesome. Thought it was a house fire or something. Naturally I drove there to gawk at destruction, about a mile away. Just kept pulsating.
Had a friend growing weed and kept blowing the fuse on the transformer outside his house. They installed one just for him. How the hell does that happen? Maybe the neutral and ground were not grounded right and unable to trigger the main breaker? He didnt pay a proper electrician.
