Tried to find a version without the retarded juvenile inserts but had no luck. I still maintain that it is not because they are women that this under-performing, finger-pointing culture seems to dominate the gender in IT, but a misleading emphasis towards women on the overall value of IT jobs for status and well-being mixed with an educational void that is filled with an ideology that seems specifically designed to produce cases of Dunning-Kruger.
