ive never been a Beatles nut, but a friend who IS, pointed me to this 'conspiracy'...which is actually my new favorite conspiracy theory.
so the theory basically goes , JL faked his death..BUT continued to perform as an impersonator under the name Mark Staycer/Noel Snow? (apparrently Mark Staycer is used for 'misdifrection' like a body-double , but Noel Snow IS the real deal...according to my friend and various internet posts.
There is an indie film on Youtube called "Let Him Be"
it's filmed documentary style about a man accidentally stumbling across a tape of JL as an old man and decides to investigate, eventually finding out that JL has been alive and in hiding all these years. (if there's enough positive feedback, i'll post it..or someone else can)

i decided to post this song because it's actually very beautiful and bittersweet...be it JL or not...it's still a great song.
and to me...beatles fan or not, i absolutely love the idea that ..maybe he made it out of all that fame and still able to live a normal life
