Recently in Tulsa,OK a Mother and daughter dealt with an attempted robber who stormed their store with a sawed off shotgun. Police have identified the suspect as Tyrone Lee and believe he's connected to 10 other robberies in the area.
Looked like she almost shot her mother. Good effort though. Too bad they didn't just keep filling that shitbag full of lead until he died. He was involved in TEN robberies. When he gets out of jail, there will now be more victims.

Jesus christ, that second part surprised the shit outta me.

excellent footage
(Old Spike)
Why the fuck did he come back in the store?
(Short Spike)
You would think he would be smart enough to cut his losses and leave after the first few shots were fired at him.
(Old Spike)
An adquate (including trraining) licensing and registration law would have had several advantages for the ladies:
Usually my money is on pump gun for home protection but in this case I would think a mid sized automatic pistol with a large magazine would be better.
AND FUCKING STORE SET UP?????? Why on earth could the perp come so easily and quickly behind the counter?
(Old Spike)
did he shoot anyone in any of the other 10 robberies?
(Long Spike)
Why the fuck did they let him get back in the store an get so close to them?
After that first exchange, I'd like to think if I was in their position I would've told that scumbag to get back, get on the floor or get shot. Or just shoot the bastard as he came back.
(Long Spike)
he didn't seem to care much about getting shot the first few times.
(Old Spike)
at 2.05 she actually shoots at her mother..
(Short Spike)
pretty sure at that exact second she shoots him in the back just as he is about to turn around.
(Old Spike)
I know but she shoots at her mother through him..in her direction at least..

" did he shoot anyone in any of the other 10 robberies? "
He had a sawed off shotgun, and that is your concern? Maybe they should've asked him that, huh? You must be a Pelosi fan, cause you are one dumb ass cunt.
(Long Spike)
Wow that looks scary! I get their reaction, you work at a place for so long and don't expect someone to walk up on you like that and sometimes you half-freeze, half react. I'm glad neither of the women were hurt. o_o
(Short Spike)
All this for what? To prevent the theft of a few hundred bucks? I wouldn't shoot my daugther for that...
(Long Spike)
I immediately assume that someone packing a shotgun, pointing it at me, and robbing me fully intends to kill me. If I get a chance, I shoot them until they are dead. Just an opinion and I could be wrong.
(Short Spike)
No, to eliminate the threat posed by an attacker with a deadly weapon pointed at your face. I doubt they gave a shit about the money.
(Long Spike)
guy even comes back to try and kill them because they didn't just bend over and hand him the money.
(Short Spike)
Yes, because the culture that guns can solve problems is really working so far.
I mean, people can't all be that stupid can they? We have the highest amount of armed people in the entire fucking planet already. We also have the highest gun crime on the planet.
I don't give a fuck about the NRA or gun control. All I'm saying is hey, let's just try something different retards...

" We have the highest amount of armed people in the entire fucking planet already. We also have the highest gun crime on the planet. " sources please

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estimated_number_of_guns_per_capita_by_country
^ check their sources

so they both point towards the same source, which is a congressional report on gun control....you should give it a read...Keep in mind this seems to be a democratic publication. I don't know who was in
"Proponents of firearms restrictions have advocated policy changes on specific types of firearms or components that they believe are useful primarily for criminal purposes or that pose unusual risks to the public. Fully automatic firearms (i.e., machine guns) and short-barreled rifles and shotguns have been subject to strict regulation since 1934. Fully automatic firearms have been banned from private possession since 1986, except for those legally owned and registered with the Secretary of the Treasury as of May 19, 1986. More recently, “Saturday night specials” (loosely defined as inexpensive, small handguns), “assault weapons,” ammunition-feeding devices with capacities for more than seven rounds, and certain ammunition have been the focus of control efforts."
Now on to your first point, and as I assumed, the number is based off of something early on in the document, and assumes those "available for sale" ie not military, and not their stockpiles
"How Many Guns Are in the United States?
The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) reported in a national survey that in 1994, 44 million people, approximately 35% of households, owned 192 million firearms, 65 million of which were handguns. Seventy-four percent of those individuals were reported to own more than one firearm. According to the ATF, by the end of 1996 approximately 242 million firearms were available for sale to or were possessed by civilians in the United States. That total includes
roughly 72 million handguns (mostly pistols, revolvers, and derringers), 76 million rifles, and 64 million shotguns. By 2000, the number of firearms had increased to approximately 259 million:92 million handguns, 92 million rifles, and 75 million shotguns. By 2007, the number of firearms had increased to approximately 294 million: 106 million handguns, 105 million rifles, and 83 million shotguns."
So it includes what's sitting in stores and manufacturing stocks as well, and if you remember, US is a massive manufacturing center for arms.

I personally didn't make the claim of America being "the most armed country on the planet", but it's not really too much of a stretch of the imagination that we are. Even if we rank second through fifth, the underlying premise is that there are more than plenty guns in the hands of citizens and yet crime still occurs fairly regularly here.
(Long Spike)
Yeah I messed up on my reply.....
my point is that the "source" is a politically biased piece that is manipulated for their emotional statement.
Everything is BS, and no stats in the report as to how many instances were used with illegal fire arms, also the whole first quote about the STRICT FEDERAL RESITRICTIONS already in place. That are literally about exactly what is being cried about on TV right now. They already have what they're asking for, now the new legislation that was released names piles of SPECIFIC weapons, oh interesting, they could just be attack certain companies for not giving them enough money in the next election, or they're using it so these companies donate so that they remove their products for the list.....and now we have real facism and authoritarian system where corporations are picked as to who wins and loses in the economy, and using legislation to shake them down for bribes...what a world....all these while using kids as a shield
