I used to pop a T3 with codiene every morning on my way to work since I had major back pain, back pain went away but I still had the craving for them, never touching that shit again.

Cannabis does not remove sensory input like pain. It makes the input manageable. Plus it's mildly addictive at its worst compared to prescription opioids.
