I would assume "drones" are included in the 99% of the sightings determined to be knowns. BUT then we get into the tricky area of classified drones. I believe I saw one of these - granted it was at night but it looked like a fucking space ship, and was almost certainly a military drone. It was accompanied by Ratheon electronic battlefield surveillance aircraft, and they appeared to be conducting some kind of excercise. So, are THOSE kinds of sightings grouped in with the "knowns" or the "high reliability unknowns"? If the latter, like I've said before I think the vast majority of these, including the "tic tac" UFO, are "probably" classified tech. Some of it military, and possibility LOL some of it owned and operated by the folks that live on islands with no laws whose names we'll never hear but which that Dutch banker claimed to have known really well.
