Rachel Maddow Announces NATIONWIDE Russiagate Conspiracy Protest

To protest those exploiting Mueller's "failure" to indict Trump to revise history - you know those Tumptards like Dore, Pool, Mate, Greenwald and those here who said from day one that this was a ridiculous conspiracy theory generated by a corrupt MSM and outgoing intelligence establishment that would damage the DNC, the MSM, and probably get Trump re-elected in 2020 - the super fr...I mean Russiagate True Believers will be holding Alex Jones-style protests across the great nation of America.

As the graphic artists at the Rachel Maddow show struggle to keep up with her as she sprints full-speed away from rationality, show your intention to attend a protest in your local area and show solidarity by one-starring this post.

whaaat?

"Dore, Pool, Mate, Greenwald...who said from day one that this was a ridiculous conspiracy"

Pool doesn't belong in that sentence. He didn't call it out until after the Barr summary was released. All he's been doing for the past 2 years is reading articles from places like CNN & Buzzfeed in 10+ minute videos & summarising what he says the left & right are saying, barely mentioning the Russia investigation. Since Rogan launched him into space with the Twitter exec podcast he's gone full right-wing reactionary. He hopped onto the "Russiagate conspiracy" bandwagon 2 weeks ago because that's the way the wind is blowing.

Not only did he sit on the fence the entire time, he never mentioned Aaron Mate, Matt Taibbi, Glenn Greenwald or even Jimmy Dore who was talking about these actual journalists who were debunking Russiagate.

I don't think you watch Pool as regularly as I do. The russiagate conspiracy has been pretty consistent theme in his videos but he's taken a traditional journalistic stance which is to criticize the media's coverage of the Russia investigation from the standpoint of journalistic integrity. From day one he said that the msm's approach here would be ultimately self-defeating.

Criticising maintream/social media is not traditional journalism dude. It's punditry. Pool is about the furthest thing from a journalist I can think of. He comments on shitty journalism & social media, as if it's important. Outside of the context of an election this stuff is meaningless.

Tim Pool sat on the fence about what he called the "Russia investigation", then the Barr summary was released & all of a sudden he posts 10 videos about the "Russiagate conspiracy" in the past 2 weeks. So much for journalistic integrity.

He had 2 years to debunk Russiagate or even find people like Aaron Mate etc & he didn't. Instead he stuck with criticising CNN etc. Over half the US doesn't trust the MSM. What's the point of even watching Tim pool?

No you're not understanding. Pool is criticizing the MSM from the standpoint of traditional journalistic integrity. That's all he needs to do. He rakes them up against the ethical boundaries that were trained in to me when I got a degree and points out how they're not adhering to those and what the consequences will be. He's been doing this incredibly consistently for as long as I've been watching him which has been about 3 years.

He can do whatever he wants, just don't describe him as someone who "said from day one that this was a ridiculous conspiracy" because he's not. He never even did any research on the subject. He used his reach to criticique low-hanging fruit that is the worst of US corporate media.

Putting his name next to Greenwald, Mate & Dore in that sentence is ridiculous.

He's been doing this incredibly consistently

Bollux. He sat on the fence about what he called "the Russia investigation" until the Barr summary was released & then did about 10 videos about "the Russiagate conspiracy" immediately following it. That's inconsistent & disingenuous at best.

If you can dig up a example that proves me wrong, go for it.

The point of the description was to troll the person here who keeps saying only Trumptards said this was a ridiculous conspiracy theory from day one, and I think it accurately describes everyone listed. Tim repeated the same mantra over and over with regard to Russia - no evidence has been presented, and what the MSM is presenting as evidence is not evidence and is not proper news reporting. Sitting on the fence was exactly the correct place to be for a professional journalist - as in waiting for evidence. Dore has been extremely consistent with the same message - I will report on Russian collusion when there is evidence presented of Russian collusion. Same position. Same with Greenwald - careful to point out that the MSM claims are not based on evidence. Same with Mate. Who have you been watching? When there's no evidence but aboslute claims of certainty are being made directly and implied, that's a conspiracy theory. So saying "there's no evidence of collusion and this is bad reporting" is the same as saying "This is a conspiracy theory until evidence is presented, and it's irresponsible for people who call themselves news reporters to be pushing it for ratings." All listed in my description have been saying this, consistently, since day one.

Can't be bothered to watch this guy rattle on for over 12 mins. I think everyone has accepted right now that Trump may now have been directly involved with Rissia. Although they've literally admitted he was indirectly involved, but still, the report does need to be released in full to Congress, this is what they're protesting.
