Why? If major news outlets can play favourites why shouldn't twitter or others. This would be welcomed by the trumptards if it were the other way round.
In any case I don't think they did, they removed a video that was so short that the remarks were out of context during election week.
Which is probably in-line with their policies.

it's outrageous when news outlets fail to report or censor their own staff too, but at least they aren't going out preventing other people from talking about it.
doesn't matter if they're out of context, it's up to people to find the context and make up their own minds. twitter and other social media are speech platforms, not edited publications, and have no business censoring anything, and censorin political speech in favor of one candidate is particularly egregious.

"Censoring their own staff" is called editing. Reputable news outlets' editors do that on a daily basis with fishy sources.
I haven't looked closely into the biden video "incident" but like I said there are rules posters on twitter have to adhere to. I would have preferred a "health warning" similar to that on many trump tweets tbh.

You answered your own statement. They edit their stories of their staff, the people are not employees of them it is supposed to be an open message board, and they are editing individuals without talking to them first.

Obviously you did not realise that we were talking about 2 distinct issues, the first was about press the second about social media. Please at least try to comprehend what people say before replying.

There is nothing wrong with what he said. He is not wrong, but he just used the phrase "black woman" instead of grocery store workers who continued to do their job.

agree, but that's for people to discuss, not for twitter to decide to disallow people from discussing it.
