Nothing to see here! Move along! Dominion-izing the Vote

stokkebye's picture

WATCH: Chanel Rion on “Dominion-izing the Vote”

Oh just ignore this, the BBC did a "fact check" and said it was all FALSE becuase Dominion said it was false! LOL

Dominion Voting Systems has released a statement saying: "Claims about Dominion switching or deleting votes are 100% false."

https://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2020-55016029

So kids, just remember this for when you ever get arrested, just make sure to tell the judge you are innocent, maybe post it on your facebook page, and you are good to go!

at the risk of looking like an idiot. Is this being posted ironically because this is a "humor video" site? or is this real? Because I honestly can't tell anymore.

I'm not trying to assume anything but have you been reading the actual lawsuits, the court transcripts, or listening to any of the audio from the proceedings? You know that they can lie on TV without consequence but if you lie in court you can get your license taken away right? And you know that they're saying VERY different things in court than they're saying on tv right? You know they're admitting to having zero evidence, and you know everything is pretty much being tossed out or rejected, with prejudice, so that they can't even bring it up again, right?  I mean there's the fun drama side of this that is conspiracy nutjob podcasts and pretend journalism, and then there's the actual, boring, non-sensationalized truth that's actually happening in the courts and those two things don't line up. Like at all.

Yes you are correct. Some of the lawsuits have been tossed, but there are a ton of lawsuits with different approaches filed by many different people and organizations, they all just get lumped into the "trump" camp. The ones to watch for are the Constitutional and lawsuits based in law, those will go to the SCOTUS and have a good chance of flipping the win to Trump. The other lawsuits alleging fraud and criminal fraud never had a good chance of winning because it is very hard to prove without a criminal investigation and the resources from the justice department, those get the allegations on the record and are for public consumption more than anything. These allegations from this video and the press conference bring out the allegations to the public which is hoped the get a criminal investigation started. You dont bring criminal allegations to a civil court, which is where this is being fought now, and expect a criminal court process. The dynamics of the situation are changing day by day and have a multipronged attack.

This video is more in response to someone who used the BBC "fact checked" to refute some of the claims. Which was ridiculously funny.

Just like any other crime, if there are allegations then they need to be investigated. Right now there is a tremendous propaganda machine in full swing to deny any investigation, so it is turning into a shit show.

I've been "watching for" all of them. As in reading all of it, listening to the hearings. I haven't seen one one single example of anything that has a "good chance of flipping the win to Trump" let alone changing enough votes to flip even a single county of a single state.  Care to give me a case name, number, state, plantiff v defendant, anything? or am I going to get a monkey gif?

Was that intro written by the Defendant or the fucking judge? WTF! I have read many MANY opinions and court documents, this judge is pissed! This is how the judge TALKS to attorneys in the courtroom but this is not how they write. "The general gist of their claims..." This is not how judges typically write let alone a fucking Federal judge.

I do have to say this is very typical of appeals and lawsuit cases. Most of them just throw what ever they can including the kitchen sink and see what sticks.

listen man, laws are just someone's opinions, alright hear me out: A law gets created by the legislators which is there opinion on how or what people should do or not do, you get arrested or you sue and two lawyers give their opinions to a judge who in turn gives his opinion on whose argument(opinion) was better, if they dont like it then they appeal an ask for the opinion of a higher court, all the way up to the SCOTUS.

So this judge gave us his opinion, and he sounds a bit pissed off, most judges are when they are rushed or forced to do something. So lets wait and see the opinion of the SCOTUS :)

Was it you who keeps talking about "Frivolous" lawsuits getting lawyers disbarred or something like that? If it was, this is FAR from frivolous. Even if it was they'd only get sanctioned, like they cant practice for a specified time or a fine. Frivolous lawsuits are like if you sue your town every time a cop car drives by because it is emotionally dramatizing to you, and you do it hundreds of times. The case you referenced has merit and standing. The judge just disagreed, and was a little pissed off. "Stiching" their arguments together to make it fit as the judge said is pretty standard and it shows the bias of the judge.

https://www.democracydocket.com/cases

It's all there. Just click a state and start reading.

Specifically the big one in PA

https://www.democracydocket.com/cases/pennsylvania-democratic-counties-challenge/

"In this action, the Trump Campaign and the Individual Plaintiffs (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) seek to discard millions of votes legally cast by Pennsylvanians from all corners – from Greene County to Pike County, and                                                              1 Doc. 125. 2 Id. Since the filing of the initial complaint, there have also been several intervenors and amicus petitioners. Case 4:20-cv-02078-MWB Document 202 Filed 11/21/20 Page 1 of 37 - 2 - everywhere in between. In other words, Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice."

Spikednation and Spikedhumor have always been a mix bag of things, it is not just simply a "humor" site. Before the recent rise of independent journalistic creators on YT I would often find alternative information from this site. Take the video for what it is, you get to see what the "other" side is talking about. If a person only listens to main stream media outlets you would have no idea what is going, think Trump is simply a stupid man who knows not what he is doing, and then get slapped up side the head when he might actually pull something off. Sure, it might be a slight of hand trick going with these allegations, or it might not be, I dont know at this point, but to simply brush it off as non-sense would be a very foolish thing to do.

"If a person only listens to main stream media outlets you would have no idea what is going, think Trump is simply a stupid man who knows not what he is doing, and then get slapped up side the head when he might actually pull something off"

You're making uneducated assumptions.  I don't think Trump is stupid. I think a frighteningly large amount of his supporters are stupid. He has come right out and said that he'd run as a Republican because they're stupid and would believe anything he says. He's a salesman and knows how to go after gullible people. He appeals to their passions, fantasies, and desires, without actually doing anything, and gets them to follow his every word.
I don't listen to "main stream media" but I do try to absorb it from all angles, knowing that I'm being fed a narrative from all directions. But as a non-biased objective outsider, it's glaringly clear which side is using logic and which side is using unsupported claims and fear mongering.  It's quite simple. You have a legal team claiming mass voter fraud and global conspiracy against their beloved leader on TV, and then you have the exact same people admitting zero evidence and making no claim of fraud in the courtroom.
He lost the popular vote, he lost the electoral vote, he's losing the recounts, his legal teams keep quitting because they don't want to lose their license for making up bullshit, the election commitee and even his own department of homeland security has spoken out against it, as the most secure and cleanest election in known history. Every single claim of fraud has been thoroughly debunked.  I'm fascinated by how radicalized people are about this, to the point where you can't see that the entire fucking world hates this guy because he's a piece of shit (not stupid).  What is it that he has done that has you so happy with him and so angry at his loss that the only option is that it's a global conspiracy against him.  Is it not simply more plausible that you're just wrong? that he's simply NOT a good guy? NOT a good president?
I have asked this question SO MANY TIMES from friends, family, on social media, forums and I have YET to receive one single coherent answer.  What policies has Trump put in place that have made this country better? What has he done that makes you want to keep him in office for another term?

GOOD! Im glad you are researching stuff and NOT believing everything the main stream media is feeding the masses! What I wrote was NOT intended for people like you that actually take the time to look into things. Yes, he is a showman, hence the term "populist" candidate.

I like Trump because the lamestream media hates him and he is not a career politician or part of the establishment. Like I have told my friend, while we were watching the debates with Bernie and sHillary, I hope Trump gets elected to fuck everything up for the establishment in the hopes that someone like Bernie can make it! Tim Pool talks about this often as he says Trump is like a bull in a China shop just fucking everything up for Repubicans and Democrats alike, just let him do his thing and fuck things up!

I dont trust ANYTHING that comes out of the main stream media nor do I trust anything that comes out of the establishment, Trump as well. I want a robust, secure election system and right now Trump is showing the gaping holes in it and hopefully we can fix it, at this point I dont care if Trump comes out victorious or not, as long as it gets our voting systems secure and transparent.

As far as I am concerned, I think a president should be doing what is written in the Constitution, which is fucking nothing! The executive orders arre BS and are abused way too much. The president shouldnt be giving us anything except a military protecting our borders and making sure Congress obeys the laws. My GF recently asked the same thing, "what do think Trump will do when he wins? Nothing!" To which I said "GOOD, I hope he goes golfing even more!" LOL The job of the Congress is who is suppossed to "giving" us shit, NOT the president!

Yep, that's word for word the only response I've ever heard. "He's not a politician and i just want to see him fuck shit up."  Well, you got your wish.  Now that the temper tantrum is almost over and he has given his followers permission to be the worst versions of themselves for four years, the economy is in shambles, people are divided, people are dead, the country is a joke to the rest of the world, the adults have to step in and try to clean up the mess.  If this is a positive to you, then you are an actual sociopath.

hmm ok there, agro. Let me make it even simpler for you, since I obviously used too many words.

Me: "What POLICIES has Trump put in place that have made this country better?"

You: "Trump is like a bull in a China shop just fucking everything up for Repubicans and Democrats alike, just let him do his thing and fuck things up"

You wonder why I'm not satisfied with the answers I'm getting. It's a simple question and NOBODY including you, can give me an answer. That tells me almost half the country is a complete moron and yeah, frankly it bothers me.

Are you capable of self-reflection? Have you considered just for a moment that not only half the country, but the entire fucking globe is laughing at you? I will be as blunt and direct as I can.  You are on the wrong side. Period.

And don't mistake this for an invitation to debate. You're clearly not coherent or rational so you'll only waste your own time.

Wow, reading this is kind of mind boggling. Do you want answers or not? I guess the annoying part is you want the answers given to you, instead of looking it up yourself. But, I would counter what policies did Joe Biden put in place in his 47 years?

Here are some examples off the top of my head Non-contraversal:

Trump cut business regulations

Tax cuts

Allowed heathcare to be purchased across statelines (allowing lower premiums and competition)

Prison reform bill

Trade deals redone NAFTA comes to mind

Recently just crushed insulin and epipens prices

He did much more, but these are the ones that praise sometimes comes from both sides, when people break good ol' Nancies ranks.

So, research for yourself. Start with something like Trump's accomplishments.

I will reiterate what I said, and what most people you find frustrating you will probably agree, I DONT WANT THE PRESIDENT TO BE GIVING ME ANYTHING! The Constitution gives us everything we need and anytime the government "gives" us something it TAKES from someone else!!! The best thing a government can do is get the fuck out of the way and let us live our lives. We do not need a fucking nanny state, if you actually listen to what Trump says, he is doing just that. The problem you are having is that YOU want and expect everyone to think like YOU! This statement says it all "You are on the wrong side.". You cant fathom that someone has fundamentally different way of thinking of what to expect from a government. This is America bud, half the country is on par with what I am saying. So stop pluggin your ears, closing your eyes, and humming like a child and actually listen to what other people have to say, they are not "on the wrong side" they just have a different way of looking at things. Grow the fuck up! No one in the USA gives a fuck what other people around the globe thinks about us, lol!!! When you are the biggest dude on the block, you dont give a fuck what other betas think about you! LOL HAHA!

It is important to clarify the difference between direct ownership of Dominion as claimed by President Trump, and donations made by the company either for philanthropic or lobbying purposes.

Dominion has made donations to both Republicans and Democrats, but it's not uncommon for a company such as this to lobby for government contracts in this way.

Dominion donated to the Clinton Foundation in 2014, but the company has also donated to Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

The rumours about Speaker Pelosi stem from her former chief of staff, Nadeam Elshami, being hired by Dominion - but it has also hired staff previously associated with the Republican party.
