Demagogy is illegal in Europe for good reason.
Some 300-500 million chinese are poor with no access to the internet. If this happens it'll not apply to large portions of Chinese. Dividing the nation further.
And like Danman said, this is already being done to us westerners. But instead of for nationalism it's being done for commercialism. You aren't even a citizen. Just a wallet.
