"Sense that I am losing muh authoritah...panicking...black man...I should draw my gun." Drop him from the force. Seriously that guy was flipping out - on the verge of having a panic attack. If he has some kind of PTSD that he can't control then he shouldn't have a badge and gun.

This event is from 2014 so I assume this has gone to court or has been dropped. This Youtube video doesn't show the name of the officer or the guy in the video so I couldn't easily follow up on it.
