Task Description: 
Extra fields for video content promotion reason: vote <- voted to front page admin/mod promoted <- marked by admin/mod user ID close enough <- 2 months old with 10 or more votes, with an average of 3 or more Purge old videos: 2 months on spiked without getting voted to front page = purge See if we can send message to user via their user profile when submitted video gets promoted or removed and the reason

Voting rules and promotion reasons have been set with Rules module, as well as notification. Not sure where these notifications appear though. EDIT: Points appear on a users "my points" page, which displays the reason for the addition/subtraction of points, so a similar system must be available for tracking a user's submission. Need to test old video purges, and admin/mod promotion
