When I was a kid I used to watch a tv show called "rescue 911" or something like that, one episode was a reenactment of how a guy died by getting his leg severed by a brake rotor when the jack failed and the car fell on his leg and he bleed out. I always block my lifted vehicles and always aware of what could happen if jacks fail. Learned a lot watching that show, how to spot heart attacks, choking, how to apply tourniquet, etc...

Ah man! What a great throwback. My brother and I would always watch rescue 911 and then usually same night unsolved mysteries!
