I've been doing low-intensity workouts for the last 6 months or so. That is I walk 2-3 miles almost every day :)
In the summer I usually ride my bike and I go around 70-80% every time. Just kind formed a habit of going a bit too hard. The difference is really noticeable now that I've just been walking for the past 6 months. I feel more energetic and I'm not constantly sore and waiting to recover. Sure there's a time and place for cardio, but fucking hell I can't run a mile with out maxing out.
