Now, all that shows is that this video is a poor demo of 5G. Is 5G a hoax in the sense that it might not be able to deliver on all the specs it promises? Only time will tell.

Yeah the video is pretty poor as a demo of 5G capabilities, it would have been better if they'd edited out that bandwidth measurement, it's not even as good as 4G.
The "hoax" was a poor attempt at sarcasm. You're right, time will tell. I see it revolutionising the potential of apps in the commercial & industrial space. Delivering drinks with a robot is a gimmick but it gives a bit of an idea.
