The heavy November rain storms raised the water levels on rivers on the west coast of North America. I got some footage of Sitting Lady Falls (aka Witty's Falls), in Metchosin (Victoria), BC, Vancouver Island, Canada. The falls and the river running up to it looked pretty cool, and this wasn't even the water at its highest. The falls pour into Witty's Lagoon, which empties into the Strait of Juan de Fuca, which is part of the Salish Sea.
