Can you explain woke to us? To me woke is awake, i asked dan once and he didn't answer
google said Woke (/ˈwoʊk/ WOHK) is an adjective derived from African-American Vernacular English (AAVE) meaning "alert to racial prejudice and discrimination".
Woke is also sometimes just used to characterize someone as “hip” or “open-minded.”
