Nevermind the shitty working conditions in their factories or their use of child labor, Kaepernik has the right wing at an uproar as the new face of Nike's "Just Do It" ad Campaign. Do these little right wing snow flakes really understand why we kneel though?

According to what leftist say, it is to protest something that doesn't actually exist, namely an "epidemic" of black men being unjustly killed by police.
Do you little left wing snow flakes really understand why a fan of the NFL would have something to say about this kneeling horseshit? Apparently not because if you did understand it you wouldn't just be screaming RACIST at anyone who dares disagree with your asses.

Actually I've had a lot of people disagree with my support of the protest, and I never immediately jump to "you're racist" unless of course you are clearly a fucking racist. Some people believe protesting during the anthem is disrespectful, others think that it is inappropriate because one party is forcing their view on a group of people who went to an event for the sole purpose of viewing a sporting event, and not to be witness to some protest....and so on and so on.
Most of these people I feel don't understand the reason why the protest started and why it is important, and that YES there is a problem with PoC being disproportionately targetted by police in this country. As much as you want to deny it, it is only confirmed by the fact that in the last week alone we witnessed a black male murdered in his home by a police officer which supposedly walked into the wrong apartment thinking it was hers (despite neighbors hearing her yell multiple times for the victim to "open the fucking door"), as well as witnessing a young black male being cuffed when travelling with his white grandmother because apparently someone thought he was robbing her...rediculous. People like you who look the other way like there is no problem, are a part of the problem...whether you're racist or not.

Constitutional rights are kinda irrelevant. There are always limits to behaviour you can exhibit as an employee. The whole thing is pretty twisted considering the US military is paying the NFL to play the national anthem during domestic sports events. The NFL & the teams are private companies, as are the advertisers who contribute most of the money that goes into paying these people crazy sums to play a game. Using this platform (that advertisers essentially are paying for) for a political protest is of course going to ruffle feathers, especially when fans stop watching because they object to the message.
I don't think your use of anecdotal evidence does you any favours. If you truly believe that the police &/or judicial system in the US are racist you have to prove it with some statistics that show a trend. The problem likely does exist in some areas but claiming that all cops & judges are racist is probably not the best way forward. It just seems like emotional jibber jabber.
