Ugh.  I guess this is worthwhile for a close-minded, scared-of-change review, but that's about it.  +1 point for tackling a dense movie, but I notice this came out yesterday and the movie came out December 1st, 2017, so he's only two months late.  Interesting how he didn't have anything to say while this movie was being ignored but now that it has Oscar buzz, well we better delve right into it.

These two guys started putting themselves into their videos, sitting at a microphone, and everyone told them to get the fuck back behind the camera. So they did.

This made me think about a few things though. When the tail end of Homo Erectus started screwing Neanderthals, was that beastiality? If a Klingon and Human get it on is that beastiality? Is Spock the warped offspring of a degenerate union? I think NOT. Ignorant indeed.

Michael Shannons character was too hammy.  The movie was predictable, every beat.  Also, she clearly had mysterious gill shaped scars to go with her mysterious past.  And to the surprise of no one, she was a fish all along.  Great sets and visuals.  Not one of the characters in this movie will stay with me.
