Fascinating what went into making this movie. The continuous shot must be incredible in a theater with pumping sound. I might go. WW1 has always scared the shit out of me. Trenches, barbed wire, massive artillery barrages, machine guns, poison gas, and the number of battlefield casualties that today would be unthinkable with bodies everywhere. No way can any movie really capture it but it looks like a serious attempt was made.
