On the Belgian TV news you don't read headlines they tell you only what the facts are, and they also said that this is a daily thing in America almost 200 mass shootings (were more then 4 ppl got killed) and it is May.
They show the blood and kids laying on the floor with blurred faces, you don't see that shit on your news, you have no idea what happened, you don't understand the severity of the cases that is why you shouldn't have guns.

That said, I wish most news outlets wouldn't say 'neutralized' the suspect like saying 'killed' would be the most shocking part of the story.
Say that 'there was a cop in the mall already for another call and he killed the shooter. Killed him dead. Proper. In fact we're thinking of opening up the ground in front of the mall's main entrance and throwing him in there. Maybe adding a plaque that that says: here lies the last fucker that tried to kill you and your family' that people could appreciate on their way in.
Something tasteful like that, you know?

what if "neutralized" was a way of telling people that the suspect didn't die immediately from being shot. like maybe its glossing over the assailant being shot, dropping his gun, bleeding out, having cpr done on him till the paramedics declared him dead

Every one of them carried out by gang members, violent criminals, or mentally ill. All people which should be institutionalized which disqualifies them from 2A rights. Many of them already known community offenders, or on watch lists that were never helped or dealt with until it was too late.
If you banned guns, these are the exact people that would be armed and dangerous anyway, but no law abiding citizens. All ripe for the picking.
