Laws are made by car drivers (and unfortnately) more and more pushbike riders.
I don't see the problem with the ABS. Push a button and it is off, a conscious rider would do that.
I agree with lane filtering. One advantage he did not mention, though:
In contrary to pushbikes (which out of reasons I don't understand ARE allowed to filter in most countries) motorbikes in general DON'T hinder traffic when accelerating away from the light as they are way quicker as cars thus reducing queues and pollution. We are talking motorbikes, not mopeds, though.
Here in Mallorca we have many traffic lights that allow an extra space for motorbikes that filtered through traffic.
