still say it wasn't "the government", but that doesn't mean the official story is legit. it was a conspiracy by a few people, some of whom were in government. mostly likely it was a known terrorist plot they had advance knowledge of, and let happen so they could profit from it, all while assuring other related persons that of course they had it all under control and the plot would be stopped.

I've always thought it was a sting operation that either got away from them or was deliberately allowed to "take flight" and one or the other was covered up in the 9/11 commission report. As in they were given material support with the intention of nailing them with maximum evidence and then whoops. Also ties of the Bush family to Saudi gov and intelligence - undeniable.

After countless hours looking at verifiable facts, my opinion is that it was a false flag, mainly designed to give America an excuse to wage war. Mossad handled the operational side while US role was to let it happen & "investigate" it.
The insiders planned the whole thing from the start. I'm not clear on who pulls the strings above a certain level but Cheney was instrumental. Netanyahu is also a key player regarding strategy. Around them are the PNAC tools who infiltrated the US government under Bush.
The reason I don't believe it was a sting is because Mossad were the ones monitoring the patsies (renting rooms next door etc). Another reason is that the false flag did not end with 9/11. It was followed up with Anthrax scares & a massive disinformation campign to lie thhe country into war. The lies all came from the same place.... Neocons + Israelis.

Never before in history, and never since, has a Vice President been given the authority of the POTUS while the POTUS is fully healthy and not at all incapacitated. Cheney directed everything that happened that day in terms of "responding to the crisis", and was the Commander in Chief in practice throughout. This is not disputed, and that alone should tell anyone that something wasn't right with that whole thing.

yeah also that he personally instructed the forces to simulate that event on that day before it happened. made it a lot easier to make sure the security services wouldn't prevent the attack from happening. once the plot is known, cheney couldn't tell them to let it happen but he could tell them to hold off on arresting them because he wanted to get info on who was funding them or something, and then for anyone else who's still worried about it saying "hey they're getting awful close to actually doing it, you sure we should still hold off?" there's "ok i can see that potential, look let's run a simulation of the attack so we're completely prepared." it gives the air of still legitimately wanting to stop the attack, while actually playing for more time so it can go ahead.

yeah but you've also got a really huge saudi family (15,000 members, no joke) and not all of them agree with each other. the bush ties were only to some of them, so it's completely conceivable that some of the others arranged the attack, cheney heard about it, told bush he'd handle it, told his security services to just watch them without arresting so they could gather more info or whatever, and also discussed it with maybe only one of two other friends. one of those friends realized it'd be a great way to end up with some serious real estate and not even have to pay for the demolition (which was what was making it cost prohibitive to buy), and cheney and others also realized it would be a very effective way to get through the policies they'd wanted for many years. they could even honestly claim it wasn't a false flag since it was a real attack they just "accidently" took their eyes off for one day too long.
