Yeah, it is confused with version numbers. Software that gets released with decimal points often doesn't get released with a 0 in front of a 1, so you will get things like version 1.11 or version 1.2, which is actually more like version 1.02, they just didn't anticipate having 10 more versions when they named version 1.2.
This guy didn't need to make a 10 minute video talking about it.
