I have a really hard time looking natural when I walk so this was definitely helpful. I hope her next video will show what to do with your hands when you're not holding anyting.

It's also a way to tell that someone might be carrying a gun.
On a side note if I was sitting next to whoever was chewing his gum so damn loud I'd flip my desk.
