I'm a Canadian and not on any side, but it sounds like you haven't been paying attention. virtually all the violence and intimidation is initiated on the antifa side. At the very least it is much more profound on the antifa side.

Well the far left somehow traditionally feel they need to "free the people from supression" (irrespective whether they want it or not), I guess, so some think they have some entitlement, even for intimidation or violence, hence they act like this in public. The "fa" side of the spectrum usually acts in anonymity, like beating up dark coloured people in a dark alley.
Can't remember last time an "antifa" drove a car into a crowd or burnt down an asylum seeker home, though.

Antifa people are huge morons, there's no question about it. Propping up the Patriot Prayer people as heroes and great citizens is totally ridiculous thinking. They are idiots too.
