Jesus ...... this is the downside of public health, if not for this show and likely several skin experts he would still be in rash and stank hell! 

A bit of a hack: If you're suffering from something severe like this or anything really! Go to a private specialist for consultation. Yes, the cost can be significant, but trust me you get the right eyes and heads on the problem....it's a whole nother league of expertise. Then just straight up make them send their various findings over to your primary health provider. They don't mind, they understand you can't afford the whole process, and they want you healthy! Now you got a diagnosis and most likely a treatment that works, and NHS or similar can take over from there.

Consider it might be something really fucking serious...now they have to fix you, there is no waiting if it's urgent. (ideally) Or you can walk in and out of free healthcare until you croak. If something is not immediately evident you will in all likelihood have to come back over and over until whatever ails you is practically written in your face and it's too late. Don't get me wrong, most doctors know what they're doing, but considering they have 3000 patients+ (Norway) each and spend most of their free time at home working .... overworked and underpaid...... they will go with their first instinct.

Might not afford a new 4080 rtx this time, but you can work now and pay taxes to get back a little karma for skipping to the front of the line while making up for the difference in no time ..... ideally!
