Think it will be a harder pill to swallow for them than a black president?
How about a female black president?

Apparently she did a great job as health minister in Pennsylvania. But she's transgendered so that matters most.

There is no gender role, stop putting us in a box, we can do everything just the same, yet EVERY one of these transgenders that are male to female, feels the need to FEMINIZE. Go figure.

Whataboutism would be if he said something like "But X dude is Transgender and when she expressed support for Trump the left went nuts". What he's doing is using the post and this appointment to point out the contradictions within the overall ideology as a whole. You know - "There is no gender, there are infinite genders, this person born male is of the female gender and should be able to compete with persons born female, there is no such thing as biological sex, etc."
I think you are intelligent enough to actually understand the difference. And, although the ideology that claims to support the appointed person may be full of holes (it's supposed to be - it's not trying to make sense), the real truth is that this person's claimed perception of their own gender identity is irrelevant to the question of whether or not they should be hired for the job.
