Emergency systems seem to have worked flawlessly the other day after a booster malfunction. Exciting watch.

I liked it better when you simply said 'flawless' but I see you went back and edited your reply when the conversation went the other way.
At least others below seem to appreciate the engineering that went into the backup and emergency systems.

Wow. That is an amazing deployment of back-up safety features. Lots of bleeding edge tech to make that happen so flawlessly

I know, right? It's like she's shocked for 30-45seconds; no commentary and then it turns into an advertisement for how safe it is, lols.

power of those excape booster are insane... pulling away like a bat out of hell...., is it the thin atmosphere? I realise it's got inertia in line with the liftoff vehicle..... fucking hell though.
I got some Space X bias.... i'd jump on a flight right now.... I think. Maybe a few chill pills....but yea, this is surreal and safety first apart from the riding a bomb part!
You can't escape an unregisterded explosion right?

Agree with you. Did those retros even fire? She said the plume of dust meant it did but I'm skeptical.

ha! no, you may be right. Or not as big a plume. They must have fired, I mean the thing seems to be quite intact there on the ground. Haven't seen any follow-up news on it yet.

OK, so the dust was because of some rocket engine softening the landing? Clever!
