its something to think about. take a country thats sole purpose it use its mass labour to export products to the western market. if whatever reason we say no more. what happens?

i wonder of it's a tempory thing to stop ruzzia getting the silicon through 3rd party trading to build missiles with.

maybe but the main reason has been for china development into stealth tech and attempts at decrypting americas secured msgs. things they think china wouldn't have been able to do without those chips. that and them thinking china is going to invade taiwan so they don't want to help them out
