Shenzhou-15 manned spacecraft launch - the first time a replacement crew is being sent up to the Tiangong space station.
The Long March 2F rocket is set to launch on Tuesday at 10:08 a.m. EST (1508 GMT; 11:08 p.m. local time) .... approx 2 hours from now.

You don't mean to suggest this is the rocket I posted in the video above. My video shows nice rectangular tiles flying off the made in china rocket (with china parts). Your photo shows sheets of irregular ice falling off the solid fuel booster. That's not the same, major Tom-yum.
