you didn't post an article link, I watched the video & didn't see any evidence of industrial espionage.... but you called it "Chinese industrial espionage". You've missed a step.
In the description you've said a lawyer wouldn't have helped her so is it safe to assume you can answer a simple question about tha case or was that hollow rhetoric on your part?
