Bikes with front suspension are dangerous, i had one drove on a tree root did not feel it the front jumped away and broke my rib on the root, this would have never happened with a regular bike

sharp turn i get but how does the suspension factor in the launch..wouldnt this have happened on a normal fronted bike too?

No it acts like a spring it gets pushed in and then it pops back out, the horizontal motion is put into vertical motion

he did seem to pop up a bit there but i think the main problem was him turning slightly in the wrong direction when the back wheel slid a little on him..either way..it was a nasty fall..always wear a helmet..
