So here is the case of a complete and utter cycletard and two iportant follow ups.
- The tard trying to ban this analysis (and another one from a driving instructor) for "copyright reasons"
- The possible problems he could have caused (and STILL can) to the child and himself by encouraging the kid to prceed into an unsafe situation.
This of course is based on UK law, so there will be differences (for example in Germany a kid that young and the accompanying parent would be allowed to ride on the pavement) in other countries but the basic principles apply everywhere really

When i was 5 i was doing backflips with my BMX, i realy don't see any problem here, kid driving a bike as he should, driver driving his car as he should, no one should have stopped, if the kid got hit he would drive little further away from cars next time, let your kids learn, he can't be suckling on his fathers dick his whole life.

Well, safe distance for passing cyclists is 1,5m this was way closer. Also you could see the kid not riding very stable and swerving to the right just before the car pased, if that would have been a tad more he might have been killed. It is a 5yo ffs.

But i do see what you are saying, the car could have been more careful, and the dad could have instructed his kid better before going up the road.
And they were all driving on the wrong side of the road :)

There's a lot of cycletards out there , but there are infinitely more cartards.
Even pedestrian tards who struggle to navigate sidewalks.

Kind of a retarded rule that you can't ride on the sidewalk.
I mean sure if you're riding a bike at 40kmh the road is better, but for kids and slow riding I don't see why that shouldn't be allowed.
In my area they built sidewalks beside the roads to schools just so they get the kids off the roads away from the cars.
Electric scooters, pedestrians and bikes can all use them.

When i was a kid i could drive on the sidewalk till i was 8, i could choose road or sidewalk, now it is even allowed for kids up to 10, but most roads have bike paths now, you have to use those by law.

I love the logic that it's more important to be right even if it puts your child's life at risk.

You'd be right but you'd be dead right .
