I've actually watched this Rossman guy before and saved a lot of money fixing a pretty old laptop. He knows his shit. The girl's friend bashing him on Yelp was classic. Yelp giving out private information is pretty standard right now all over the place.

Yeah, she gave out private information and he could have done basically the same thing without naming the person who was just a low-level cog in the machine. Still, the call from her lawyer relative and attack on Yelp by her friend was shitstain-dirty.
