Anything is possible, but I don't see the gain. Russia is already at war and taking the country. They don't need any more reasons to be in there, and their national support is stable to positive.
If anything, the west needs reasons to fully commit, I would expect false flags on non combatitive western nations here.

you're right. it is was a ukrainian attack something the size of the thing in the video would have a few kg of c4 at least and a blast with that much c4 would have shattered that dome.
i recon it was an unhappy citizen and that explosion looks like the kind that would come from a bunch of powder extracted from 12 gauge shells or bullets.
